Cheramie – “dear Friend in French” I can thank my mom for blessing me with a unique name that yes, I have to spell & pronounce for people every day! It’s like Jeremy with a “Ch” but shhhhh don’t tell my mom I said that. I cherish my Southern roots being a Louisiana native but coming to Dallas to study art and design was life changing. I have spent the last 22 years in residential, commercial & multi -family remodeling, new construction & development. Holding a multitude of roles thought out that time has taught me so much about the every growing, unique and changing construction industry.

 On the heels of the pandemic, I started By Cheramie a boutique construction/remodel company with a passion for doing it differently. I wanted to take my love for people, design & construction and create an experience that my clients would enjoy. Let's be real…. living through a remodel or building a new house can be incredibly taxing!! My goal is to take as much of the headache out as possible. I strive to marry a budget, experience, and a completed project that you truly love and is a reflection of you.
